Question 1: Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription?

Nope. Free plan works fine. But if you're already paying for Pro and barely using it, this is the session that'll finally make it worth it.

Question 2: I am not techy at all. Will I keep up?

If you can open a browser and type, you can do this. I teach it like I'm showing a smart friend — no jargon, no assumed knowledge, no condescension.

Question 3: What if I can't make the live session?

Question 4: I mostly use ChatGPT. Is this still relevant?
